But how much time do we take to step back and reflect on our own practice? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And above all: what is the purpose of supervision really?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than just explaining it to you in theory, we invite you to see it in action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During this interactive evening, the Belgian Supervisor Circle invites you to explore the benefits of supervision through collective intelligence, the sharing of experiences, and, above all, two live supervision demonstrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through a \u201cfishbowl\u201d format, you\u2019ll be able to observe the facilitation, listen to what emerges during the discussion, and discover firsthand how this process can open up new perspectives on your professional practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And you won't just be a spectator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019ll have the opportunity to share your own experiences, ask questions you may never have dared to ask about supervision, and meet several Belgian supervisors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because choosing a supervisor is also a matter of chemistry, trust, and a good feeling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No prerequisites: that you already know about supervision or that you are simply curious to learn about it, you are very welcome.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>By the end of this evening, you will have:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A better understanding of what supervision is and what it can contribute to your practice;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observed two live supervision sessions;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discovered different ways of approaching supervision;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discussed their experiences and questions with other professionals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Met with several supervisors in order to better understand their approaches and, perhaps, identify the person with whom you would like to continue your reflection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Are you a coach, mentor, or supervisor?
