Ma pratique

My practice blends reflective coaching with practical mentoring: I listen deeply, mirror clearly, and offer frameworks, resources and direct insight when a client needs momentum as well as reflection. I specialise in career transitions and development, leadership and executive coaching, confidence and personal growth, wellbeing and resilience, and return-to-work / reintegration. I coach professionals at every career stage, tailoring each journey to the individual's context and goals, and I measure success by visible, sustainable progress. I coach fluently in English, Dutch and Croatian (CRO), with working proficiency in French, and I work to the EMCC Global Code of Ethics, with regular supervision and continuing professional development.

Formations

I trained as a professional coach at the Coach Transformation Academy (CTA), completing their Advanced Coach Training Programme, accredited by EMCC Global (EQA) at Practitioner level (100 hours). I hold CTA's Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC), Master Coach (CTMC), Team Coach, Certified Master Mentor and NLP Practitioner designations, together with IMC-accredited mentor training. I further specialised in career guidance through the Master Coaching – Career Coaching programme (Job Coach Academy, Antwerp) and completed Return-to-Work (TNW) training. I am currently finalising my EMCC individual accreditation (EIA) and my ICF accreditation. My academic background is a Master's degree in English Language and Literature (University of Sarajevo). I maintain ongoing continuing professional development and supervision in line with the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.

Expériences

I work as an independent career, executive and return-to-work coach, with more than 800 coaching hours across career transitions, leadership development and reintegration. I deliver short-term, outcome-focused interventions, including Belgium's RIZIV return-to-work (TNW) programmes, combining reflective coaching with practical mentoring and structured progress tracking. Before coaching full-time, I spent 19 years as founder and CEO of four companies, leading recruitment, people management, employee development and organisational change across multilingual teams — and earlier managed international airport operations for KLM / Star Alliance across Belgium and Luxembourg. This dual perspective, as both employer and coach, lets me understand workplace and career challenges from the inside.
