Programme
Why do some clients need structure while others primarily seek freedom?
Why does the same situation prompt analysis in some, emotion in others, or action?
Self-awareness tools can provide valuable reference points to shed light on these differences, refine the coach’s questioning, and support a more conscious relationship—provided, however, that they remain interpretive frameworks and never become labels.
As a warm-up, we will invite you to explore various game-based exercises that make it possible to observe one or another aspect of personality through different models.
Based on this experience and exchanges among participants, we will reflect on the place of these tools in practice: what they make visible, what they facilitate, and also the limits to keep in mind so as not to reduce a person to a profile.
We will consider the conditions for the ethical, prudent, and contextualised use of these models.
At the end of this workshop, we will be able to identify avenues for using these tools with greater discernment, with respect for the person, their context, and the coaching relationship.
